Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PRN

The PowerShares DWA Industrials Momentum Portfolio ETF (PRN) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 152,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 56,000.  Shares of PRN were off about 0.8% on the day.
